Since joining 无码专区 in 2015, I have had the privilege of working closely with students, supporting and fostering their success and growth. As a Transfer Success Specialist, I provide individualized guidance, helping students overcome obstacles and pursue a smooth academic journey toward graduation. Beyond fostering meaningful connections with my students, I am grateful to collaborate with dedicated colleagues who share a common commitment to student success.

Originally from Puerto Rico, I moved to the Tampa Bay area after earning my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. I then pursued a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction, which introduced me to the world of Higher Education and helped me discover my true passion. My mission has always been to guide students through their transition to college, ensuring a positive and enriching experience. Having personally faced unexpected challenges as a college student, I empathize with the struggles some may encounter and strive to help them navigate their own journeys.

In addition to my advocacy work for students, I serve as an adjunct instructor and participate in various committees. No matter the role in which I engage with students, my approach is always holistic, working together with each individual to uncover the best path for their academic success.
